Convenient venue well maintained and plenty of shopping and dining venues available in walking distance.

1. The lady in the morning when I checked out was not very helpful.
2. The lady had a bad attitude.
3. Was not helpful when asked for anything.
4. No Toothbrush or shaving in the room.
5. When asked the receptionist in the morning she said she don't have in stock. Such a big hotel and no good service
Also, when I booked the room there was a sofa available in the room as per the photos. But when I reached at the room there was no sofa. When I called the staff they said its the same in all the rooms. But my friend stayed at the hotel before as well who recommended me this place confirmed there was a sofa in the rooms.
Its should have things that you see when you make the booking or made clear that it can be different. Wont be booking this place again.
