Good location and well maintained. Always stay in this hotel when i visit Melbourne.

We liked how close the hotel was to everything we needed.
It was a little bit noisy when people were in the hallways or when the garbage bins were emptied, but would recommend this place to others.
The buffet breakfast was also great.

The room and bathroom were small, pretty much it's just a bed with no view, facing a wall. So consider that for the price. and lacked room service (3 days). Location is veryconvenient tho
