Everything was clean, neat and well presented.
The staff were very helpful, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

I arrived a day early, but staff were very understanding and accommodated me, even though I was required to change room the next day. It was seemless and staff were very helpful.
What's not to like??

The shower was terrible. Very narrow, the shower head on a short extension and ease of use not good. Water temperature went from perfect to scolding hot to cold in seconds. Didn't expect to be burnt by hot water. The bed is on castors that weren't secured so bed moved all over the place. The photos are deceptive as the room was much smaller than depicted in the photos..

We enjoyed our stay, convenient location to all the city has to offer.
The only thing I would next time request that our room not be adjacent to the lift!! To noisy.

Staff were approacable and friendly. I have concerns about the billing system. I shared this via Mercure and expedia's website communication system. I am still waiting for a reply
