We stayed at Novotel for couple of nights and were 4 guests. At time of booking, we were not informed that there will be additional parking fees per night. We paid $438.00 for 2 nights and when checking in a rude staff told us that there will be about $56.00 parking fee as additional fees. The key cards were not working for our room and had to wait for a staff to bring us new key cards. No apologies from this absolutely rude staff, namely sanjay. Only one lift was working, plus the main door was not functioning at all. Water kept collecting in the bath tub during shower. Only 2 cups for 4 guests. We ordered food at this hotel and extra charges for service to the room because they do not do takeaways. Nothing special about the food, just below average at a significant price. Total rip offs and will never take my business there again. Will not recommend to my family and friends!

Dear Risha Singh,We are delighted to hear from you , and surprised too just like you ! our parking fee is 27 per night, perhaps 56 for 2 nights ? Parking fees are clearly stated on Expedia ,sorry to hear that you didn’t notice that. We assure you Sanjay didn’t mean to be rude ..just couldn’t give into your demands of free parking for you!. We did some research into CBD parking ! We think 27 is a bargain !!We are sorry to hear that your bathtub collected water while you were having shower too. In regards to lifts .. yes it’s been bit up and down lately as we are fitting in 2 brand new lifts .We’ve always either fix or compensate guests for issues we cannot solve once guest advice of us during their stay , shame you didn’t mention anything else we could have helped with you during your stay like the TV not working.There is a standard delivery fee for room service , we are not sure what you meant by takeaway while staying in the hotel.We hope you will find a better suited hotel for you in future when your in the area next time.From the incredibly friendly Novotel Glen Waverley team.
