Restaurant service was good, however the manager guy needs to empower his staff to do their jobs independently to improve efficiency. Every time a meal came out with a member of his staff he would intercept and deliver to the tables...

Great view nice comfortable dark rooms got a fair bit of nose from traffic and corridors but overall pretty good

I recently stayed at the Novotel South Wharf for business - attending a conference at the Convention Centre. It was the perfect location, and the hotel had everything I needed for the two days I was there. The staff were friendly and efficient, the room was clean and comfortable, and it had everything I needed. I would definitely stay again.
