Did not honor Hotels.com rates.
Publié le 5 sept. 2022 sur HotelsVery disappointed as we booked and I was looking forward to a peaceful place to stay but they called and said the couldn't honor the hotels dot Com price. But if I booked through them I could pay their price which was 30 dollars more each night. My credit card had already been charged and I could not get the money back right away and when you are traveling it's hard to have to juggle funds and figure things out. At least Hotels. Com always helps us out.

Avoid both OYO and Hotels.com
Publié le 29 juill. 2022 sur HotelsI arrived at this properly in the evening after flying in from the UK alone for a holiday. The property was in darkness, the occupier spoke to me via a ring door bell and told me my booking had been cancelled as hotels.com didnt confirm payment by 6pm that evening or something. A party had apparently booked the other rooms and my room. I was left stranded in the middle of nowhere in darkness, a lone foreign female traveller with no support from Hotels.com or OYO. They also charged me the full cancellation fee of over £700 which they said they would refund, I still haven’t received this. I begged the occupier for help as I had nowhere to stay, they said they already contacted a motel for me who had agreed to charge the same price for the room, arrived at the motel to be told they had never heard of the ranch for a start and hadnt recieved any phone calls from them.
I will never be using hotels.com or OYO ever again.

I couldn't stay at the ranch they had a septic leak. Which nearly ruined a quiet getaway with my wife. However the staff Serene in particular went above and beyond and found me a wonderful place to stay. When advisor the septic link I was never contacted that I could not stay there that is the fault of either the ranch or the website of hotels.com
