Pas le meilleur choix à Melbourne, pas un vrai 5*
Publié le 8 déc. 2019 sur HotelsIl y a vraiment un large choix de très bons hôtels à Sydney. Le Pan Pacific est un ancien Hilton. Il n’y a rien de mauvais avec l’hôtel, mais il n’y a rien d’exceptionnel non plus. L’emplacement à côté du palais des congrès n’est pas très agréable, il n’y a personne qui gère les taxis (nul pour un 5 étoiles) et rien n’est raffiné. On dirait un business hôtel 3 étoiles plus...

Great place to stay

The staff are always attentive and the also have a great buffet breakfast.

Perfect
Publié le 5 oct. 2024 sur HotelsBeing greeted with a glass of bubbles and delicious chocolates on check in was a perfect start. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and very nice. Views were fantastic. Room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Bed very comfortable and the pillows were like clouds! Very close to restaurants, bars, shopping, casino. Parked the car and did not need it again. We will be back.

The staff were very helpful. The Pacific Club lounge was an added benefit—nice relaxing area with breakfast in morning, good snacks drinks and food in evenings from 5-7:00. The breakfast was excellent in both restaurant and Club. Would definitely stay there for convention Centre access or convenience to downtown. Restaurants are better on other side of River.

Fantastic breakfast!

Thermostat worked well
Bed was comfy (pillows acceptable)
Like the area and the views but things around the hotel closes really early in the evening
