Property looked tired. The walls had marks all over it in my room and one of the cushions had what looked like, a blood stain on it.
The whole venue had this really strong scent too!

Property was very clean. No forks available in the kitchen. I experienced a lot of road noise disruptions into late night and very early morning

The internet is appalling, the best speed I could get was 9.2 Mpbs and you need around 20 Mpbs for anything to work. Managed to get onto YouTube but the lag was so bad that the video would stop and load every minute or so. I stayed there before roughly two years ago and the deterioration of the apartments was noticeable; the balcony was filthy with cobwebs and debris - looked like it hasn't been swept or washed in a long time. The door to get onto the balcony was so hard to open that I gave it away; no instant coffee, only two coffee pods for a two night stay; no tea towels; I will never stay here again, especially due to the superior competition in the area. Don't recommend at all.

We have noted down the issues that you had faced during you stay and have now conducted a deep clean of the apartment to ensure that the room meets the standards expected at Punthill Apartment Hotels. When it comes to cleanliness, there is no excuse for anything less than excellence in standards. Our housekeeping team takes personal pride in delivering a high standard. However, we accept that we don't always get it right and your feedback helps us to continually improve. We note your suggestions regarding the coffee and milk, if at any time you require more or such items, we ask that you contact reception who would be happy to help. We sincerely do apologise for the other issues such as the WIFI connection. We are working really closely with our IT teams to find better ways to improve this for our guests. Unfortunately, sometimes these things do fail, and we again are very sorry that this has failed you.Thank you again for taking the time to provide your feedback. Kind RegardsPunthill Ivanhoe
