Amazing- friendly helpful staff. I booked extremely late online and when I arrived I asked for extra bedding as I had an unexpected family member travel with me. Being so late they couldn’t find me an upsize but they were just so apologetic they couldn’t change rooms as they were fully booked. It didn’t matter, the 3 of us slept compfortably in a king size bed. The area was AMAZING. Everything you could think of is a 4 minute walk, dining, shopping, cinema, time zone for kids, excellent takeaway service from near by restaurants. I can’t praise it enough. We will be back!

Staying at The Quest Epping is easy. We like to stay here because parking is easy (we had a trailer). There are great options for food within walking distance.
The rooms are clean and nice.
Rooms overloooking the rear are much quieter than the front which have traffic noise.

The reception area was good. The rooms and hallways were very dark, not very inviting. Lighting was not that good. Rooms were slightly dirty.

Found the parking disappointing to Pay $10.00 per night to find your car is covered in bird droppings my next stay I will park in the free parking.
