Spacious, well fitted out one bedroom apartment. Full kitchen, washer & dryer, In a business park, so it's in a quiet and safe area. I don't like that they charge guests $20 for parking when it's in a suburban area. Their excuse is "We have limited parking"... My point is: Let your guests have free parking. If it's full, then those guests need to park outside of the property. I also did not like that they charged $45 to set up the sofa bed. We did not add an extra person, we just wanted to have one person stay in the bedroom and the other in the living room - as I was traveling with my disability client. Lovely property, but I feel like they "up charge" you for any little thing they can.

It is unfortunate to hear your feedback regarding the parking. We have limited parking available due to construction happening nearby which has taken up some of our free parking spaces. Due to this we generally have to offer our guests secured parking which is an extra cost. The additional charges for the sofa bed applies for all of our guests as our Housekeeping team needs to set up the bed prior to your arrival. We have passed the feedback on to Management as we're always looking to improve our guests experience. We look forward to seeing you next time. Staff were friendly. Property was well kept. Beds were a bit soft for my liking but still comfortable.
