Scam! Don't book!!
Posted Jul. 16, 2022 on HomeAwayMy wife and I reserved this location 3 weeks in advance. Jason is a dishonest host. Not sure if he has other properties but beware of this person! He never communicated the entire process. Never let us have the entry code. We drove all the way there to get ignored having to find a last minute hotel. RUN!

What a Scam
Posted Apr. 18, 2022 on HomeAwayI booked this studio on Friday and my money was taken and a confirmation given. I drive over to the property and arrive at 4:30 pm and the property manager wasn't there. After awhile he told me that my reservation was "overbooked" and because of that "...I won't charge you a cancellation fee!"
This was on Saturday on Easter Weekned at 5:00 pm!
To date I have NOT received my refund even though I was not allowed to stay here. SCAM

Terrible Stay!
Posted Jan. 18, 2022 on HomeAwayTo start with, I reached out 3 different times prior to check in and the host would not respond. I had to contact VRBO which contacted Jason the host. When I finally spoke with him he acted like he didnt know what was going on and he said he had to contact someone else to make sure room would be available and ready. This was happening at 4:pm day of check in.
When we arrived we saw someone on property and asked about the accomodation and if we had the right address, that person went and got Jason, who again acted like he didnt know who we were at first. He then insists on taking a picture of our id"s "because a medical company owns the property and they want to know who's on the property," After all that we get to our room upstairs and it obvious it wasnt completely clean there was kitty kibble on the floor. The linens looked clean so we decided to stay. BUT as the day progressed we noticed things like the main living room light didnt work, the sink didnt work and worse of all the toilet wouldnt flush! The bathroom window curtain rod fell down on me, due to it being held up by 2 rusty nails, and in certain spots the floor felt like it was gonna fall through. We were only staying 2 nights so we just delt with it. The next night we were about to go to bed and just happen to look out the window and we see the whole property filled with cars and kids (over 100 kids) drinking climbing on other tenants cars and going in and out. The night ended with the Sherriff showing up.
Avoid this place!.

A new property manager was inconsistent with communication with this reservation, and we apologized, while offering additional accommodations, and even a complementary stay until we read the above. However, there is nothing unsafe about The curtain rod you pulled down with stainless steel screws, not rusted nails, Or the floor at all. The property next-door is not owned by us, if there’s a Gathering there or at the restaurant, it does not affect our people or property or the independent, quiet & secluded Villas. We have learned our lesson not to rent to people who are miserable & make things up to try and get full refunds, after they stay or young adults.

No key! Imagine that? Arrived @ 4pm Wed. 10-27-2021.
Posted Oct. 31, 2021 on HomeAwayToilet never worked from the moment I arrived. Water was shut off for 24 Hrs. too. For repairs. Which never helped me.
The prep for plumber was complete before I arrived. Which means Jason (Aweful Host) knew & was aware the toilet had zero compression. I knew I wouldn't get my money back for the 4 days. I stuck it out. 24 hrs before my 10-31-21 departure, I was offered a chance to move all the items I hauled up steep stairs. At that point. Why bother!

Victoria, we apologize the guest before you damaged the plumbing, That is why we offered to move you into an upgrade Villa, of which you declined, and we obviously fix the plumbing for you promptly.
