Only issues were the pub noise levels, and aircon units outside most bedroom windows. Was very noisy and no screens on windows for summer nights.
Food was great, staff were lovely! And very very clean.

You cannot beat the price of this place and it is fine for a night or two. The self check in and self check out service meant that you never talk to a staff member and none is on duty. I found that they did not get to my emails in the lead up to my stay. It is on a major road, and on an intersection so very load. It made it hard to sleep and I required headphones, again you get what you pay and this is very affordable for the area.

Only cold water- bathrooms are quite outdated and gross. However, very safe and convenient. Overpriced for what you get & good luck contacting someone about your booking.

Hi Pheobe,We apologise that your stay wasn't as pleasant as expected. It is very strange that there was only cold water as we received no complaints from other guests or the pub downstairs through the duration of your stay. Having said that your notes including those regarding the bathrooms are being reviewed to be acted on asap. In regards to not being able to contact someone we have nothing from you via the booking portal messaging system nor any interaction with you via the pub downstairs so please let us know how you tried to contact us so we can seek to remedy this as well.Thank you again for your feedback

A nice place with a hostel set up, but you have your own room. Has a nice bar below it.

Appreciate that the room is offered at a budget price, however a single old powerpoint under the bed to run both lamp and fan doubled up gives no access to charge a phone or other device overnight. Not good.
Only a pedestal fan for cooling a hot room, and although the window opens, there is no security screen, so felt unsafe to leave open and not acceptable. An air-conditioner is not an unreasonable expectation.
Don't mind shared facilities, but sinks should drain, and taps turn off, these facilities are very old and need attention (suggest time for updating).
