We had a great stay at Rydges Melbourne. The staff were so lovely and gave us complimentary drinks for our anniversary in the restaurant bar. The towels are are great size and bed was so comfy. Easy check in and check out. Car parking is very expensive though so look for other offers, but it is so convenient.

Had an amazing stay, all the staff were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent location and hotel refurbishments are great, excellent standard but very Melbourne chic, we had a twin king suite which suited our family, buffet breakfast was delicious. Had a meal i the bar which was fresh and hot and also snacks in the rooftop bar which were delicious. Thanks everyone for an enjoyable stay, will be back soon.

Great stay with a small billing hiccup I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and provided great service. The rooms were modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The location was perfect as well, making it easy to explore the area. The only downside was a billing issue I experienced with breakfast. I had paid in advance for three days of breakfast but only used two. Unfortunately, I was still charged for all three days. However, I believe the hotel would have credited one day back to my account, wasn't so. i would recommend paying for breakfast each day so you're not out of pocket. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

Rooms recently refurbished and comfortable. Tiny but functional bathroom. Let down by the service. Attempted to force self service check in despite special requests made in advance. Room servicing was poor- no rubbish removed during a multi night stay and no towels or drinks replenished after second night with random cleaning item left in room. Can’t fault the price point for the location just a pity the hospitality service was lacking.
