Hotel in great position, nice rooms, comfortable bed, lovely staff, Fitzroy street a bit grotty, nice pubs around
We had a lovely night going to the Elvis Festival

Great small hotel not far from everything 🙂 we had breakfast there too reason prices and food was delicious 😋 only thing bad was the bed it too was very soft for us

Air conditioning filter was dirty not letting heater to work just blowing cold air so I cleaned it then it worked great shower spraying on to toilet paper building next door had saws and grinders working at 7:30 am after driving for 7 hours then waking early then had to do return drive after morning appointment made it very dangerous and tire ring
