The property was extrememy spacious with a wonderful bathroom, kitchen and seating area. The only criticism I have is that I couldn't find any spare blankets and got quite cold as I didnt wish to have the heater running all night due to noise. Secondly, the beds were very firm and made my shoulders hurt over a prolonged period of time. Other than that, the locations was excellent and the family room and balcony were perfect.

Hi There, I checked all rooms this morning and there were 2 extra doona's in the wardrobes in both the main & front bedrooms. I have taken your comment on board and ordered a further 2. Thank you for your feedback. Management

Noisy night

I'm glad you contacted us and we were able to immediately visit the next apartment and ask the additional 6 people not staying in the apartment to leave immediately. Shower unsafe , sheets to much starch like sleeping in plastic tv very small in bed room to many stairs for my liking to get in and out of your room sorry but poor place to stay

We appreciate your personal feedback and are disappointed to hear your concerns. We provide fresh, crisp and clean sheets and this is the first time we have been advised they were not comfortable. We are thrilled to be able to offer tv/dvd in each bedroom as well as a large tv/dvd in the dining/lounge room. We appreciate that stair access is not for everyone's ease however we are grateful to have our apartments elevated so guests can enjoy the the beautiful street, tree top view over Sorrento Main Street.

3Bedroom Apartment Sorrento.
Publié le 12 févr. 2018 sur WotifThere were 6 people who were attending a Wedding at All Smiles Wedding venue last weekend. I booked Shells Apartments through Wotif. We found the location very handy being in the centre of the main shopping centre of Sorrento.
The Apartment suited us for the weekend and the amenities were clean the bedrooms were set up for our needs.
The Staff were only to happy to help if we needed anything. We would stay here again.

Overall good but minor disappointments
Publié le 13 nov. 2017 sur HotelsGood service, good size apartment and overall clean and tidy. Inside fridge and sponge provided was dirty which was a disappointment as well as damaged toilet seat. Also not keen on the terms & conditions of having to take out all trash when leaving otherwise incurring extra charges. Despite this, the apartment is in a great location.
