Contre : More than one set of keys should be provided, and the ad should be updated to reflect current state of the apartment
The ad says it is a hotel, which is clearly isn't. There was a lack of communication re parking, there was only one set of keys for 6 people, the pool was out of action, there is no bathtub, and numerous lights didn't work. We were disappointed overall.

Sanctuary in Southbank stay disappointing

I would not recommend this accommodation. We requested and were charged for accommodation for 9 people and bedding was supplied for 8 with no contact details to arrange for correct accommodation. No information at all explaining the apartment amenities was provided. No wifi. No instruction on where onsite parking bay was located or where to access the carpark No information of apartment block facilities like location of gym and pool (that was closed during our stay) Globes were missing to lamps in every room with no spares provided. Beds were old and very uncomfortable. Carpet was stained throughout every room with balconies not clean with cigarette butts left in ash trays. We were left very dissatisfied and can't recommend this accommodation to others.
