Thank you for the compliments about our staff. It was a pleasure hosting you. We try to make our guest stays as pleasant as possible. I am sorry there was something lacking regarding the cleaning. We recently re-painted the property, we have a multi-photo cleaning report for the cleaning prior to your arrival, and the whole apartment appears to be spotless. Likewise, we are mystified about your comments regarding the furniture. We could not fault the furniture in the living area, and the current long-stay guest who stayed there for months a year ago could not find a problem with anything. If you could contact us about the problem you found, we would really appreciate it. I do hope that we see you again, with your returning-guest discount.
