My daughter and i really enjoyed our stay. We travelled a lot recently because of my daughter's sportst competitions. The Chen was the best within the hotels we staye in recently. We especially enjoyed the shower at the Chen. Also, we loved the convenient environment where diverse food choices are available. We will be back soon.

Great property but restaurant was closed the whole time we were there. So - no coffee, no drinks, no meals etc

Hotel has no restaurant operated under Chen. however, there are plenty options for Food and Beverage within walking distance from the Hotel. We arrived at the accommodation and was told out booking was not on their systems and that there was not rooms available - even through rooms were still available online. Staff can only be described as rude . Accommodating and helpful clearly arent a part of the the companies client/customer services 👍
