We arrived at the accommodation and was told out booking was not on their systems and that there was not rooms available - even through rooms were still available online. Staff can only be described as rude . Accommodating and helpful clearly arent a part of the the companies client/customer services 👍

Staff were very helpful,especially the beautiful lady at the front desk…I wish her well with her new baby
