Excellent hôtel avec un personnel extrêmement professionnel. Tout est parfait : l'accueil, la propreté de la chambre confortable et calme, le personnel attentif et compétent, le service restauration, la localisation. Pas une seule fausse note, après 10 jours dans ce fabuleux hôtel !

Easy place to stay - we were attending Bangarra opening night and the hotel was convenient to the theatre

Wonderful 2 night stay at The Langham thanks to Hotels Rewards.
Hotel was lovely, a little on the old fashioned side but that just added to the experience.
Upgraded room was plenty big enough with a view out across the river to the CBD. Bed was big and comfortable and the room in general clean and tidy.
We enjoyed drinks in the bar, before dinning in the surrounding Southbank area.
Location in Southbank is my favourite part of the city and just a short stroll from Flinders Street transport hub.

Short staycation
Publié le 26 août 2024 sur HotelsFirst time staying at the Langham Melbourne. Check-in was simple and speedy. Was able to correspond with the hotel via several channels: whatsapp, FB messenger, sms. This is great and more hotels should do this, obviously travellers don't have local numbers and it's a very efficient and convenient way for guests to contact the hotel. I received replies pretty quickly and they were accommodating to my request.
We stayed on the 20th floor and had a city view. Room was clean, well-ventilated and had everything we needed. Only downside is no accessible power points at the bedside. Would be good to have wireless chargers and power points that are universal to diff country's plugs and have USC A & C inputs. Nespresso Vertuo machine and 4 pods provided (one was decaf), instant coffee and assorted tea bags. 2 small bottles of complimentary water. We didn't have anything from the minibar (pretty pricey).
Used the pool and jacuzzi before checkout. Nice outdoor lounging area and not stuffy. Didn't get to use the gym but it did look pretty well stocked.
Location is great, 3 min walk from Flinders st station Elizabeth entrance. Direct access for hotel guests to South Gate was convenient to get coffee, snacks etc.
On checkout, it was very busy at the lobby and only 2 staff were on duty and assisting guests checking in. So we had to wait a while to drop bags which was tad annoying as we had a lunch reservation to go to. Overall though enjoyed our stay & would book again in future.

We had a really nice stay, the hotel is amazing and the staff are great. The hotel has everything you need . Great location too.
