I couldn’t have a shower, it wasn’t working and none of the staff would come and look at it, the knob that changes the taps from bath to shower was faulty, I had to resort to washes all weekend because I wouldn’t be able to get out of the bath

The owner was very compassionate and responsive to our unexpected personal matter assisting us with car parking extention.
Reported a issue with the shower and this was fixed very quickly.

Initial room was great, but discovered air-conditioner not functioning. Took over an hour for staff to rectify issue, which involved them attempting to reconfigure multiple remotes (when the wall unit was clearly non-functioning), and them being moved to a second room, which had the exact same problem. Finally moved to a third room with a functioning air-con. In the end worked out, but lots of time wasted, which interupted and disrupted my stay.
