Waverley International needs staff at night, drug attic's in close by room in & out all night banging doors, talking loudly on phone, smoking in non designated smoking up until 5.44am this morning. Nil staff available to assist in shutting these druggo’s up.

Motel, not Hotel.
The Premium Queen Suite was not very premium at all and was meant to be one of their renovated rooms.I can hardly imagine what it would be like what their standard room is like. What would have been renovated was obviously done on the low end of budget as there were holes and unfinished workmanship everywhere. The bed was on the firm side. The amenities were at a bare minimum and the small soap bar crumbled when you opened the package, a first. We did the cleaner a favour on the first night and just wanted new towels so he didn't need to clean the room. He never came on the 2nd night at all to clean the room. Besides the TV, Air Con amd free parking, there were really no other redeeming features. The free parking was the only reason I chose this place over the Ibis. Perhaps they should change their name to lower people’s expectations and call it what it is, a “motel” because it certainly isn’t a hotel. Maybe even chuck in the term ‘no frills’ or ‘budget’ and they would not only get better reviews but open their demographic up to a wider audience.

Not a clean or modern hotel.
The hotel is extremely outdated and requires modernisation. The rooms fixes are broken and TV wouldn’t work. We had to ask multiple times for our room to be cleaned and replenished with toilet paper and clean towels. I would not stay here again nor recommend to anyone I know.
