Reasonable price for the room - handy to everything we needed - transport, supermarket etc, clean and tidy, staff very helpful.
Only thing that would have made it better would have been good to know that we needed to bring our own utensils, cups etc and coat hangers, otherwise all was good.

Truly terrible, the worst stay I've had in forever. Don't believe the pictures, it's a scam. Staff are awful. STAY AWAY!

Stayed on the 5th floor. Street noise. Wanted to watch football game but tv not working, stuff suggested another room but only single bed while I’m with a partner. Floor wasn’t vacuumed. Tap in vanity loose. I’m not here to complain but my goodness a bit more attention needed fast before the bad name sets in.

Checkout isn't just a checkout. They will inspect your room before you leave, seriously! Even then it will take weeks to get your "bond" back.
I liked my stay, however I won't return due to the 15 minute checkout and late "bond" returnal.
