1. A very crowded bathroom. 2. Moldy sink surrounds. 3. Grotty shower recess 4. Smelly musty carpet. 5. Insufficient coathangers. 6. No welcoming documents in the room 7. No writing pad/pen 8. No BIBLE 9. THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE BED that I have ever been offered in a hotel!!!!! 10. Reception staff not very welcoming - how about greeting your guests on arrival with a smile and a polite dispostion! 11. Spotted VERMIN on the ground just outside the hotel - DISGUSTING!!!!!

Staff very helpful and friendly , rooms weren’t the cleanest there was hair in bathroom drain, walls were dirty ,no cutlery or tea towels, not enough sugar satchels for tea and coffee bit pricey for that quality .
