Staff polite and friendly. Request for a microwave was met. Beds comfortable. Door to shower toilet need attention. In poor condition and need a bit force to close. This could be due to being subjected to steam from the shower. Cramped space to access toilet if door is open.

Business stay in melbourne
Publié le 25 août 2024 sur HotelsThe staff were amazing. The bed was great and the shower. The room needs upgrading as there were cracks and looked run down my husband and i appreciated a good nights sleep as we were both on business
I appreciated a lovely coffee down at cafe but the sachels werent topped up in the room for a two night stay and the utensils werent refreshed. The toilet also wasnt cleaned for the second day there also wasnt a microwave. As a 4 star hotel i did expect a bit more. The curtains need replacing. The bed linen and towels were snice and clean. The tv worked well with netflix attached. We werent in the room for long periods so the bed was comfortable enough. There wasnt room service for breakfast. Had to go to cafe downstairs. Was inconvenient for my conference at the pullman. The trams were great to get into the city. The area was lovely with parks and skyline of buildings. It was a bit noisy even though we were on the fifth floor. The uber eats were good and the uber and taxi service. We had to find somewhere to get snacks as there wasnt a room minibar. The foyer had construction parts which looked unappealing. The pizza was amazing well done to the kitchen. We didnt know checkout time as there was only a menu in the room with room service from 12-9.30 pm. Overall the staff were amazing and the reception staff were very helpful. Overall it was nice to get away from home for two days and come back to relax and unwind a bit. Ty to the staff for ur amazing service we truly are happy

The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was great. The property was clean and quiet. I would definitely stay again.
