The blind, bed side lamp in guest room and bathroom exhaust fan don’t work. Have improvements on cleanliness.

We were sorry that this guest was disappointed, unfortunately this guest was unable to find the right property and so the weekend did not get off to a great start. The guest was advised that blind was not working prior to arrival and the repair people were unable to come because of the Christmas break.We have an exceptional record of cleanliness for these units so I am amazed at the comments re cleaning. We are 3 minutes away if there are any issues. Thank you for reporting the exhaust fan, this has already been replaced.

Couches were quite worn with handles loose shower was tiny with missing tiles contact from agent owner was great

It was very roomy. Perfect for a short or a long stay. Beds were very comfortable.

The property is neat and well appointed although it's decor is aged. The bathroom door does not close and when sharing a house this would be ideal. The lounge room couches are very tired and need replacing. The bed in the second bedroom needs a new mattress, it is very soft and sags in the middle. Communication with owner was very good. Carport is too small for two vehicles ad realistically you cannot open doors if more than one car is parked here.

Thank you for your comments we have ordered new couches, The carport complies with planning provisions so we do not make the rules I suppose it depends on drivers and cars. I hope you enjoyed your stay.
