Our team had a very enjoyable stay whilst working nearby. The host was a fountain of knowledge who could not have done more for us. One of the party was injured and our host went above and beyond to ensure he was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with the additions from the local bakery and butcher, as well as home made jams and marmalade. Thanks again from all at SWS

Mr Davidson arrived at our property asking for Kirklands Garden House which I directed him to. I had no information relating to this guest and we were fully booked so could not accommodate them. What made me equally puzzled was that he stated they were staying for 1 night. This could not be the case as we have a minimum 2 nights policy and have had for some time now. I then tried to help the couple by phoning round various other establishments. Following this, Mr Davidson stated that they would drive home following the event they were attending. I find it equally strange that the review is based on a "post-stay" basis when they have never set foot in our property (other than parked outside and my external office). We consistently get good reviews, please feel free to judge by other platforms.

Excellent B&B in peaceful location near Melrose.

Breakfasts excellent, and host very helpful providing much local info to make our visit enjoyable.

Luxuary Accommodation with a personal touch.

Excellent breakfast with their own eggs, home made jam and produce from the local area. Our host, Douglas was most welcoming and helpful in offering us information about the local area etc We feel as if we've been staying in a palace!.

It's a lovely property, i stayed in a suite in the msin house. Rooms are big with gorgeous countryside views.
Breakfasts was delicious....what ever you wanted was no trouble.
