My wife and I booked a king room with our small dog. We were given a keycard that didn’t operate the lock. The staff tried a new key twice, but nothing worked. They then proceeded to say they had no other rooms available. After some debate, they found a room for us which was horrendous. It reeked of smoke and the place was filthy. I’d rather have slept in my car for free than spend $250 for one night at this dump.

Very rude staff, we waited around 20 min for the front desk lady to arrive who was so rude and with bad mood .. as if we were begging from her….
Bathroom, no shampoo just a small soap and the hair dryer wasn’t there in place
Breakfast, small desk with few cupcakes, coffee, energy bars and some oatmeal sachets
Overall…. Very bad and sad experience
Will never never never repeat it :(

Recently stayed for a quick over night. Property was fine. Outdated but wasn’t stay long so I didn’t mind. Complimentary breakfast was very lame - was out of coffee and all the packed muffins were squished. All in all a fine stay.

The lady at the front desk was nodding out It took her about 30 minutes to check me in cause. I kept having to be like. Excuse me, excuse me to wake her up.

Publié le 26 août 2024 sur HotelsI slept fine the first night, but the second night after asking for a blanket, I ended up getting bitten about eight times on my legs, I have no idea what was biting me.
This hotel has no amenities whatsoever, unless you count a granola bar for breakfast. The place is dated and it would appear from the people around it, that the state must House people there as well. The hotel is dated, it needs serious refreshing. The furniture is old, the tvs are small, the pillows are tiny, you need 2 to make 1 normal size pillow. You have to ask for everything. I'll never stay here again. The girl at the desk during the morning when i left was nice, however.
