Not happy at all

This was a horrible stay. I ended up calling both hotels.com and Hilton at about 8 o’clock at night on the first night of stay and we ended up leaving after the first night. The staff was completely condescending. The room was damaged. There was an opening in one of the outlets where you could put your fingers on the wires, you could tell by the hallways that they were vacuumed.

Great service, phenomenal complimentary breakfast. Pillows were a little flat and mattress was slightly stiff causing lots of tossing and turning. Overall nice hotel.

The room was clean but had an odor. The initial smell was as if the floor was mopped with a dirty mom. Smells like the rug was recently shampooed and didn’t dry. Very good breakfast.

Great Location

Overall the property had a great location. The staff were friendly & helpful. The morning breakfast was a nice option. The hotel was on the pricy side for its condition. Aside from needing a little updating, the rugs in the halls, especially the 1st floor, had a offensive odor (similar to a wet dirty dog) The center elevator was out of order the whole 10 days we were there which caused some congestion in the other elevator.
