Our cute and newly renovated home is located just 1 mile to Rhodes College, a 10 minute drive to downtown in a quiet historic neighborhood. Close to the Green Line and Overton Park where you can have a quick walk, run or bike ride. You’ll also be a short drive to Overton Square to grab a bite to eat and enjoy many events and festivities the area has to offer. Ideal place to stay for those visiting Rhodes, downtown, St Jude, and just looking to come to visit to enjoy all the city has to offer.

Quiet Neighborhood, Clean

Great stay in Memphis. Close to downtown, quiet neighborhood. Fenced in backyard was great for our two dogs. Remodeled and clean.

Fantastic location

Communications was always prompt and courteous! Very close to the zoo, St Jude, and Downtown. The layout of the house is great and is very roomy. Some of the furniture needs to be replaced. The sofa looks ok but was extremely uncomfortable! Even working with the host, could not get the tvs to work but we were give a courtesy refund for the inconvenience. We would recommend this property to others.

Great stay!

The home is in a safe neighborhood and is family friendly. The home matches the description of the photos shown. The only issue was the kitchen sink leaking water on the floor. Be sure to check that if you're visiting. My family and I would stay there again.

Memphis Football game

Very updated, nicely decorated, clean home with ample room space. The location was great on a nice street. Our host always responded to any questions in a timely manner. Only suggestion would be to add an armchair in the living room as sitting was limited for five people. Thanks for a nice stay.
