We were not able to stay because our event was canceled because of a tropical depression. Something we couldn’t control but the hotel and hotels.com would not help us to move the date to another weekend. So they took our money for something we couldn’t control. That was horrible to take money from someone when the weather is out of our control. All I needed to do was move it to the new date but both Hotels.com and the Comfort Suites would not even make an effort to help

The room had a mildew smell. I found myself using my inhaler due to the mildew. Second the lamps did not work in the room and the faucet in the bathroom was very loose. The employee at the front desk was pleasant.

Super clean, friendly environment.
The room was super clean. Temperature was perfect, nice and cool. The only slight disappointment was there was no freezer in the small refrigerator. We have to take ice pacs when we travel because we have to take insulin, but at least the refrigerator was good and cold. Very good stay. If in this area again, we would stay here again. Also reasonable rates.

The room maintenance was questionable, no face clothes, no soap. You had to go to the front desk and beg for everything. We didn’t appreciate the attitudes of managing staff nir kitchen staff. Managing staff could use some customer service and diversity training, promptly!!!

The location of this hotel is great. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. The rooms are spacious. However, they could be cleaner. There were stains on the furniture and the floor needed to be mopped. It also took 20 minutes to check in because I reserved the room through a 3rd party and the clerk at check in didn’t know what to do. 3 stars.

Good place to stay! Good value for your money! Only thing that I didn’t like was no ice machines working! Had to go to a market to purchase ice. Breakfast was great with all the trimmings!

One of the cleanest places I've stayed in. Rooms are very roomy, clean and quiet. Syaff was friendless and breakfast was decent. I'll stay again when traveling.
