No problems whatsoever. We stay here every time we travel from our home on Alabama to our destination in Northern Arkansas.

Couldn't check in cause the system was down. But when we did get a chance to check in The TVs didn't work. So we didn't have tv or internet

Charged a deposit when I checked in and haven’t received deposit back

Stephen,My apologies that you did not have an enjoyable stay with us. I have reviewed your folio, the deposit was refunded back to your credit card on the morning of check out. It does take up to 14 days before you will see the monies back in your bank account or credit card statement. Thank you for staying with us.
