Memphis trip

The owner was very responsive and easy to contact on the app, and made sure we had everything we could possibly need. The unit is very nice, tidy and met all of our needs from the kitchen needs to the bathroom amenities. We couldn’t have asked for a better location, as it was within walking distance of almost everything. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Clean, quiet and conveniently located
Publié le 2 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were there for a football game and concerned about safety and noise with being downtown. This condo was clean, spacious and very quiet as well as safe!! We are not big walkers, but there are several nice places to eat within a block or 2 from the condo. Beale street is also a very short walk and on a safe street! The first night was just my wife and I with our teenage daughter, then we added my brother for 2 nights and then my 19yr old son the last night. For being just a 1 bedroom, it is very spacious! We had an air mattress and everyone slept comfortably and didn't run out of hot water when taking showers! Having the laundry facility was very convenient as well! Plenty of plugins, better than hotel amenities. There was also a nice and friendly liquor store a very short drive away. Many could walk, but we drove. Would definitely stay here again if we get to Memphis again! Excellent, safe and quiet!

Stop 16 of our road trip

This is a second story unit which wasn’t clear in the listing, so just be prepared to climb steps. Seating in the living room isn’t that comfortable but we weren’t there for that very much. Location was great for walking to Beale St , restaurants, etc. This was our first time visiting Memphis and we loved it!. We’d stay at this rental again.

This was a really convenient location for walking to the Arts district, Beale Street and hopping on the trolley! Our favorite part, however, were the great restaurants literally around the corner and down the street. My husband is vegan and had the best tofu of his life at Good Fortune Co. Loved our stay in Memphis. Raquel was super responsive to our one need and handled it instantly!

Publié le 18 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayFirst thing you noticed when you walked in is how everything is so clean & nicely decorated. The condo is located between the arts district & Beale street making it easy to walk. The bed was comfortable & there is plenty of closet space. Would stay again .
