We really enjoyed our time at the Cottage in the Woods. Very close to Memphis, but very private and secluded. The owners are amaxing and make sure you are enjoying your stay.

Long weekend with grandsons

Beautiful porches to enjoy morning coffee & relaxing in the evening. All the comforts of home, very clean inside & outside. Owners are wonderful & close by for any assistance you might need. We were close enough to all the attractions we came to visit. Highly recommend this property.

Peaceful Escape from the Big City

You can expect a well equipped kitchen, a thoughtfully designed space and the beautiful force of a host that is Leenie, who brought us fresh veggies from her bountiful garden and made sure we were happy and well taken care of. AMAZING LOCATION, EVEN BETTER HOST!

We were visiting family so we didnt spend as much time at rhe cottage as we'd hoped- definitely going to be back in the future to enjoy the cottage in the woods and Leenie's kind heart. Thank you, Leenie for sharing your space and making us feel so welcome!

Best Rental Ever !!!!!!!!

The communication started from the moment I rented and ended with my mom & aunt sending me a selfie with the owner. She went above & beyond to make sure everything was perfect from beginning to end. I couldn't be more grateful. This Rental Is What Everyone Hopes Their Experience Will Be..........

Exceptional stay

The owner went above and beyond to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Some of my favorite features was the fire pit, corn hole, watching hummingbirds feast on nectar while I drank coffee on the porch swing, and the comfortable beds. Do not hesitate to book this property, you will not regret it!!!

A great place to stay!
Publié le 12 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a great time at the cabin. The cabin is well stocked and cozy. The land the property sits on is beautiful, peaceful, well maintained, and private. Leenie was a fantastic host who would do anything to make sure you enjoy your trip.
We were in town to see the eclipse and we were blessed with clear skies and beautiful weather to view it in. We also visited the pyramid, the Mississippi River, Beale St. and a number of museums and other attractions in Memphis. Everything is very convenient to get to from the cabin.
We had a terrific time and I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Memphis area.

Baseball tourney
Publié le 31 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayOur high school baseball team played in a tournament close by our cottage. The location was peaceful and relaxing. Would recommend this cottage for a small family or small group of 5 or less as there is only 1 bathroom.
