Clerk was helpful in changing rooms. Unfortunate that we had to have to move all our stuff again

Hotel was nice and clean. Price was lower than comparable properties. There was construction going on around the property

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I did find a large roach in the shower.

great location. Nice clean rooms. We also loved the great workout room and heated pool. Those were definitely a plus!

Property lost electricity for a full day. That day was hot and no AC. Staff was unhelpful. The room I was staying in was right next to construction and the ice machine meaning there was a lot of noise. Horrible customer service
