We stayed for two nights and were surprised that our bed was made after the first (and fresh towels were supplied). This is sadly becoming very rare nowadays.

Sleeping on the job. Need to hire front desk help
Publié le 29 juill. 2024 sur HotelsWe got locked out of our room at 1am and went to the front to request another key. It took someone 30 minutes to come to the window. I had to slam the mail slot multiple times to get their attention. They were in the back sleeping! They are too cheap to hire more help that they would rather do everything on their own even at the expense of not having good customer service and burning themselves out.

Management gave me a better room than I originally had. I had one on the 2nd floor and they gave me a room on the first floor. I requested a smoking room and they found me one that was still an excellent room. I would stay there again if I needed a place to spend the night.
