The neighborhood the house was in seems to be middle class. We had no problems with the neighborhood and location to Graceland was good. However, the sheets were not clean in every room, there were a pair of men’s undergarments found in another bedroom. One of us woke up with a bug in her hair…it seems the house could use a good cleaning and better upkeep.

Publié le 22 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a post Mother's Day trip to enjoy Beale Street and downtown memphis and chose this place to stay for the weekend and it was very peaceful...clean and quiet. The neighbors wasn't loud and for what I was told by the owner...keeps an eye out on all new comers...we really enjoyed this spacious house and will be returning. Thanks again for everything Mr. Sherman...keep up the great work

Embarrassing family we hadn’t seen in years

Low Key Weekend? This will work for you
Publié le 25 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayIn town for recent NCAA basketball weekend, four adults. Clean house with 4 bedrooms that's within 15 minutes of the airport and downtown Memphis. Owner promptly responded to messages through the app and let us check in a couple hours early despite turning the house over from the day before. Nothing flashy here, but reliable and easy worked just fine for us.

Would stay again
Publié le 8 août 2023 sur HomeAwayThe property was exquisite. But for two (2) things. I understood there would be three (3) full baths and the grill was absolutely horrible. It was full of ash and grease every where with unburnt charcoal. And no I did not leave it that way. Overall it was a beautiful place

Publié le 24 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayThe house was very nice. We enjoyed our stay, and it It was close to where we were visiting. Our only complaint is, we all were unfamiliar with the television connections. We couldnt figure out how to watch local news or weather. If our stay had been longer than 2 nights I would have contacted management.
