Great Time, Great Stay!
Publié le 1 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayMemphis had been hit with a snow storm and icy cold snap but our stay was warm and great. We loved the unit we rented. It was cozy, convenient to downtown and made for a very nice base of operations for us at the International Blues Challenge during our stay. We plan on coming back in the future!

Location Location Location!!

Michelle is a great host and is really easy to communicate with. Her condo is super clean and has everything you need! Would recommend, and stay here again!

Publié le 29 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe were in town for the Stevie Nicks concert at FedEx Forum & have stayed in this part of town before and enjoyed it. Wanted to walk to FedEx and this rental was perfect for that. We loved that it was a secure property with gated/assigned parking, which provided us the extra peace of mind we needed. Please note: If you are mobility impaired, this rental is on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators in the building. The only sleeping option was the queen size bed in the bedroom, which is quite firm. The listing states an air mattress is available but we were unable to locate it. The WiFi was spotty and would not work on the televisions to operate the streaming services. The owner offered to send someone over but we preferred not to have someone in the unit, as we were in and out often. We would stay here again.

Thanks for your feedback. I look forward to hosting a return trip. I think perhaps the TV issues were due to the bedroom TV remotes were accidentally left in the living room and those will not operate that TV. But both TV's are currently working fine. Also, the air mattress is only provided for additional guest listed on your reservation. You were confirmed for 2 people during your visit.
