I called 2 days prior to our stay, the night before, then the day of to let them know I was coming in late night. Every single one of the staff members I spoke to were wonderful except ONE. The day of, I called to make sure we were good to go, I specifically booked a room with 2 beds when I originally booked this. When I called to confirm our room stay, the 2 beds and to let that shift know we’d be coming in late, he out me on hold for 10 mins. I hung up and called again which I could tell he was annoyed. I said the same thing that I just was calling to confirm our stay and our accommodations and just so they wouldn’t give our room away as a no-show and he said in a rude tone “I don’t give rooms away”, and I said ok, and felt confident about having everything go well. He just hangs up, no apology for the long wait hold and not even a thank you goodbye, just clicked and hung up after I said ok great, thank you. We get in very late and they only had a room with ONE bed available. The night staff that were on shift were SUPER wonderful and she felt bad and gave us a king suite when I requested so we could have at least another bed. And the morning shift as well were super sweet and nice and just so wonderful. It was only Marcus that was rude, didn’t care, disconcerting, unprofessional and overall just made it horrible.
