You will be close to everything downtown and less than 15 minutes from the airport. Everything you need with the exception of food will be in the home. Coffee is available. Wi-Fi and smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. The front and backyard is gated. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, one full bath with shower and tub. Two beds and blowup mattress (for living room area) to sleep on. Attached garage with keypad. Garage and main door are both smart lock and you will have a personalized PIN for your stay. Please pay attention to the property details below for booking. If you are not from Memphis, please note that know that downtown and surrounding areas are full of gentrified areas. The city is beautiful all of history, but some parts are still being worked on. This neighborhood is safe and the home is completely updated. This home also pays for our daughters tuition so please review details entirely before booking. If you are looking for a comfortable, safe, and near downtown, this is your place. The garage fits one car and the front and backyard are completely gated if you are bringing a pet. IMPORTANT NOTE: No local bookings on weekends. We do not allow parties and have had issues with locals in the past. So, to avoid losing our permit due to these complaints, we have decided not to host locals on weekends. If you book, knowing that you are going to have a party, it will be shut down and no refund will be issued.

Pictures do not accurately portray the property. Host gave us a full refund after we left the morning after check-in. Cabinets falling off hinges, molded food & dirty dishes in the air fryer AND microwave. Smeared substances on tables, counters, and appliances. Furniture falling apart — towel racks & shower curtains falling off. Garbage in the yard.

It was about 3 miles to the St Jude races. Convenient in and out of the property to make it to downtown Memphis.

Great for 1 night
Property was in a sketchy part of town but I knew that before hand and it is listed in the description. Home could have been cleaner. The baseboards were dirty and I did find a few long hairs on the kitchen counter. Also the bedroom on the right had a horrible bed it was very saggy and the guest who stayed in it said they ended up in the middle together. Other than that it was perfect for just a 1 night stay. Also, our 2 pup pups did enjoy the fenced in back yard.

Lovely, quaint, and quier.
Nicely decorated, good amenities. We arrkved in a classic corvette, so the secure garage was a definate perk! Recommend 2 nights at least to take in Memphis. We stayed just one, and it wasnt enough.

False Advertising
Pictures, descriptions and reviews did not accurately describe the property. Not only was this false advertising, it was flat out deceptive. It was so bad that we left immediately, messaged the host and called VRBO requesting a fund refund due to the misrepresentation and out of personal safety concerns. Additionally, VRBO does not back up the product they are selling. After speaking to 3 customer service agent and two relations supervisors, I got lots of lip service and little relief.

This is very cute and has some nice amenities. Nice tall bathroom sinks and toilets (I'm 5/8"). Bottled water in the fridge, coffee pods, and countertop ice-maker. Feux fireplace is a nice touch. TVs in every bedroom. Fully fenced yard for my 2 dogs (close the gate at the driveway and open the backyard gate to have full yard for them to play) Overall I had a comfortable one-night stay. Though a little concerned with the apartment complex across the street, there are plenty of security measures in place within the house and outside. It was a very quiet night's stay. Thank you.

Tidy, close to downtown and other attractions. Well furnished and clean with a big kitchen; nice to have a garage, too! Bedrooms were quite comfortable and have a second bathroom was very convenient.

The house was really nice. The host had everything we needed for our stay, down to Q-tips in the bathroom. The host was very helpful with us finding what we would need medically for my husband during the initial booking but there was no further communications from the host until the day of arrival, but she did provide detailed instructions on what we would need for our stay. We loved the house. The yard is fenced and you are able to park your vehicle in the garage. The location was just a short drive to all of the tourists attractions and the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We highly recommend it.

Not clean, furniture broken and run down, bed in one room sagging and worn out. Bedding was not clean. Floors were sticky. I could go on but I think I made my point.

Decent for a quick night
The house was nice, however the neighborhood was not. This was a quick layover stay. Checking in was a little confusing, and the door kept saying the battery was low. Was glad to have a garage and the neighborhood was not safe.

My Memphis Stay
The only problem was access to the yard. The front yard gate was broken and could not close. The back yard was fenced in but to get there you had to exit the front door and walk around the house to the back to gain access to the backyard. Very inconvenient when traveling with dogs and bringing them out at night or early morning.
