Nice, clean accommodations. I also enjoyed the daily hot breakfast selections. Very nice staff.

My stay was horrible from start to finish. The furniture was old and filthy, with broken, unsafe chairs that could cause someone to fall. The carpets were ripped and worn out, adding to the overall shabby condition of the room. Even though it was a non-smoking hotel, the room smelled awful from previous guests. The bed sheets were dirty, and many of the power outlets didn’t work. The pool was closed, and the doors were dirty. To top it off, the ironing board was disgusting. The only good thing about this place was the neighborhood. I would never stay here again.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you during your visit here at our hotel. Some things can't be helped but the majority of them shouldn't have occurred and for that you have our sincerest apology. Very poor conditions
Publié le 4 sept. 2024 sur HotelsRoom was dirty (I found a pair of socks from a previous guest so obviously they don't vacuum). Elevator was broken for two days. I asked them to make up the room but they didn't leave more toilette paper. Front desk person was of little help.
