Don’t get there early…
Arrived at around noon and checked to see by chance if a room was available as I do some times. I was told a room was available but a $40 charge would be added. I travel monthly for business and I have never been asked to pay for an early check in when rooms are available. Not a fanatical experience staying here as most hotels I stay at will provide a room if available without an extra charge. I will not be staying here again.

My husband made arrangements with the cleaning staff to clean our room at 7 PM. We came back about 10:30 and nothing had been done. We were then told that the cleaning staff had left for the day. We asked for towels and they were brought up but we got nothing else. we paid a lot to stay in your hotel and even rented two rooms. Very un happy with the housekeeping service. Linda Maki
