Find a better stay
Publié le 30 sept. 2024 sur HotelsUpon arrival everything seemed okay until I got to my room and noticed a strange smell. I couldn’t quite put my finger on it but it didn’t smell clean. I inspected the room thoroughly and didn’t seem to find anything that would’ve explained the smell. Fast forward to the next morning. I had woken up went to get dressed and a friend of mine noticed a roach crawling on the night stand on the left side of the bed. When trying to kill it, it ended up crawling onto the bed. I called the front desk to complain she acted unaware of the issue that it’s never happened before which couldn’t be true. I explained to her I wouldn’t be sleeping in the room after knowing there were roaches. I really wanted my money back but that option was never offered. I had to ask to be switched rooms. I was never initially offered anything after my initial complaint. I provided the hotel with picture proof and was switched rooms. I won’t be booking here again. The room was a nice layout but definitely wasn’t the experience I expected.

There was no business area. No copying machine, no faxing. Only printing from the computer on site. Need improvement on cleaning rooms & hallways. Sorry I can’t pull up my photos to show what I saw.
