The front desk staff were above excellent. Some of the issues I had were I was there for 6 days and not until the 5th day did they offer to clean room. I had to ask for toilet paper and towels as I ran out. They state they have a kitchenette but there is no microwave. Also at the breakfast they would not have items out and would have to ask for them. No silverware, no napkins, no syrup, no cups for juice. Appeared no one watching over to refill. This hotel is also a distance from being able to walk to any other places so must Uber or Taxi everywhere. No convenient.

Room was never serviced by housekeeping durring our 3 day stay. Bed was never made
We had to go to the front desk for fresh towels, coffee supplies were not replenished, cups and glasses not cleaned or replaced.
We wont stay at Hyatt again.

I apologize that your stay was not as expected. We do not service rooms daily. We do a refresh, if you are staying longer than three days, on the 3rd day of your stay. This service replaces amenties used, empty trash and replace towels not hung up. This is similar to what all the major brands are offering at this time. If you stay linger than 5 days we do a full service cleaning on the 5th day.

Kitchen was down for renovation, we couldn’t order any food. Our room phone didn’t work and house keeping said they would call maintenance and they never showed up to swap it out for a different one.

I am sorry your stay was not as expected. We are working to get our kitchen back functional. I am not sure why maintenance did not respond. I will look into this issue.
