The morning checkout person - Monica at Memphis Graceland La Quinta - refused to give me a checkout receipt upon checkout this morning. I am traveling for business and I require as CEO of my company - as does my CFO - a checkout receipt for all expense reports. I could not get a printed or emailed checkout receipt from Monica. She first said she couldn’t access my checkout receipt and then when I asked if I was in her system she said yes and that she didn’t have to give me a checkout receipt. I have never run into this before. I don’t know if it’s laziness, lack of customer service, or a training issue where she doesn’t know how to provide a printed or emailed receipt but given the number of people who come through Memphis and stay at your hotel I hope this is addressed immediately. Thank you!!

Hotel was dirty. I regretted booking as soon as I went into the lobby area to check in. We got in our room, and I picked up a nail out of the floor. Then noticed a stain on the sheets and had to ask for new sheets. Bathroom was dirty and towels were not clean and had stains on them. Dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Hotel is just in rough shape all around. Absolutely will not be back.

Check on was a long winded process because the only staff member was extremely busy. She was very pleasant and worked very hard to book me in as quickly as she was able to. After check in at 5pm we found that our room was not clean, dirty towels, rubbish bins full and unmade beds. I went down stairs to change the room and hoped to book a second. We were unable to book a second because a lot of rooms were out of commission, they had not been cleaned. They provided another room but when we moved the smell of marijuana was so overwhelming throughout the floor the new room was on we decided to relocate to another hotel. For non-smokers we couldn’t bear the smell! I would not recommend his hotel to anyone. Again the person at the check in desk was lovely and tried her best with the situation at hand.

Airport / Graceland shuttle service they provide was excellent. But the wifi was a major disappointment during our 4 night stay. It was continuously dropping out / not working and when it did was very slow. With the breakfast however there was not enough bread and was not topped up and yoghurt ect were not topped up on various occasions we were there needs someone to fill these things.

The room was nice. Didn't seem like a Safe area. The side door was unlocked and didn't need a key. People were smoking pot outside and in the rooms. Very evident with the smell.

Horrible, we booked for 5 nights didn’t even stay one night. It was filthy, smelt horrible, room was not pleasant. Staff was difficult. Just can’t express enough disappointed it was there

Front desk staff wasnt very friendly. Beds and pillows were very hard (and i like a firm bed). The bath tub faucet was leaking the whole time.

Great hotel! Room was clean and quiet. Beds were very comfortable. Free shuttle to and from the airport and Graceland was definitely a plus! Staff was very friendly, especially the shuttle drivers. Would stay again!

Check in was horrible had to wait for 15 minutes while they tried to figure out some one's credit card! The Hotel Security was not good had strange people all over the Parking Area. Fenced in Parking Lot but you could come through the exit without the code! Back door no card swipe anyone could enter.
