Only first floor rooms was nice. Would not allow me to cancel final day due to change in plans, not a fan. Also, I usually travel and meet friends. They would not allow visitors after 8pm. We usually go to a concert and socialize after, way later than 8pm. This was not disclosed until we arrived.

Thank you for your review. Your reservation was made thru third party. As a hotel we cannot control that. Sorry for the inconvenience. Visitors policy is strictly enforced bcuz of late night party goers and disturbing everyone else. We try to control the late night crowd.

The service was wonderful, they allow pets and the room was clean. The facilities are run down, they don’t provide coffee supplies in the room and there is quite a bit of freeway and other noise. There was a persistent tapping noise (I think my room was next to a mechanical room) all night that caused my dog to growl and me to shush him a good part of the night.

Not happy with Hotels.com
Publié le 13 juin 2020 sur HotelsI paid $54+ tax for the room through Hotels.com. When I got there, they were advertising rooms for $49.99 - I was kinda pissed. I knew the hotel would not be that great and it wasn't but I paid more thru Hotels.com! Room air conditioner did not work AT ALL, they moved me to the room next door. The hotel guy did his best to make sure I was OK! Hotel is very dated but looks like they are making efforts to improve. No real complaints other than air conditioner, very dated and I was overcharged by Hotels.com

Sorry for the inconvenience about air conditioner. Sometimes our walk-ins rates are cheaper than third party 's rate. Hopefully we will serve with better during your next stay.

Check in was easy, I can understand others reviews with the lady that checks you in as she answered a private phone call whilst talking to us, but was she was still nice. We had a room right near the office, the whole place is lit up at night and security cameras everywhere. But having said that you hear everything going on, room was large, small towels and no hair dryer. I think unless your in the city you won't feel necessarily safe. But good parking and was close to everything we did
