Firstly, the location of the house is great (next door to Graceland) and the host is very responsive. The house itself is in need of a major cleaning and refresh. We encountered food left on plates from a previous rental. Bed linens that were dirty (they may have been washed but it is time for new ones that are not stained). If you are only focused on location and your biggest focus is Graceland then this home will do. If you are looking for something clean then I would not recommend it.

Beautiful and Comfortable Home
Comfortable, spacious, beautifully decorated, clean and well-equipped home. Very convenient to Graceland, and an easy drive to downtown Memphis to visit Beale Street and other points of interest. Beds were clean and very comfortable. Outside deck was a great plus for enjoying the nice weather and a place for those who smoked. We had three couples and each couple appreciated having their own bathroom. House was generally clean, especially those areas that matter most — kitchen, beds and bathrooms — but there is room for improvement in some areas where dust/dirt collects. The manager of this home, Toya, was extremely helpful, friendly and quick to respond to all our questions and needs. All in all, we were extremely pleased with our stay and the great value of renting this lovely home.

The home was what we needed, room for 3 couples and 4 kids. Decent location, a quick drive to the heart of Memphis and seemed pretty safe. The basics were clean, but the rugs especially upstairs need a good shampoo. A few details would improve the house, but overall a good value we would consider staying at again if we are back in the area.

Comfortable & Spacious Residence
We really enjoyed our stay in Memphis. The house provided lots of comfort and plenty of room to spread out for our family of 5 + 2 Grandparents. Perfect location. Right across the road from Graceland and only 4 minutes to Marlowe’s Ribs (best bbq in town) ! Audrey was really good with making sure we knew everything ahead of time and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We Highly recommend this property if you are looking for a house in Memphis!

House needs a good deep cleaning. However, it is a good size house with lots of space
I sent the owner a text letting her know the home was not clean and there was a broken window - and sent several photos to verify. Instead of the owner reaching out to me to see how we could make it better I suspect she forwarded my text to the cleaning crew because I immediately received a call from the head of the cleaning company - insisting she had photos from her cleaning staff that it was clean. But it definitely was not clean at all. On the plus side- we asked for a late check out due to our return flight being delayed and the Owner was very accomodating. And if you ensure with the Seller that the home has been deep cleaned - it will be a nice place to stay.

House very dirty, several items broken. Coffee pot had tea bags in it. Old food on plate on table, grease all over the stove. House was dusty, half eaten candy on bedroom pillow. Many things wrong or broken.

We booked this house because we took our mom to Graceland. If you are going I recommend this house. Its right across the street. If we went back i would stay at this house again. The owner was very nice and updated me on everything. And they responed quickly. Tge inly thing I would ask them to change is to have hand towels in the batbroom and kitchen instead of paper towels. Don't get me wrong I use paper towels in the kichen, but when washing our hands we like to use hand towels.

Great Family Home
The pictures depict the home perfectly. A very spacious gorgeous home with a fully equipped kitchen. Had a couple of plumbing issues which were fixed promptly. My family had the best time together in this home. It was large enough to easily accommodate all twelve of us. I'm just so thankful that we chose this lovely home to stay in. I would definitely stay there again. Audrey was wonderful to work with.

My mother's 71st birthday but 4 generations of women/girls celebrating her. So, 8 of us stayed in the house and we were very comfortable. The home was beautiful and very well maintained. It accommodated our needs perfectly and we had a wonderful time. We would definitely stay again.

Great communication! Easy to get anyplace in Memphis. Very clean. Space was exactly as described. Very spacious. My parents had never rented a. VRBO. They will never stay in a hotel again they loved it. So much room! We loved this space it was perfect!
