When I got there the hotel said my resetvation had been cancelled by a third party... Xpedia, I assume... I have tried to get a refund but have been unsuccessful... can you help me?

The front of the hotel was torn down. The walls and floors were filthy! Absolutely would NOT recommend staying here. Misleading pictures and bad staffing.

The property was ok, but needed a lot of work. I went to the lobby area bathroom and there was no toilet paper, no handsoap, no towels to dry off your hands. There was a lot of Marijuana smell in the vents, and no air-conditioning in the lobby. Honesty it needs to ne completely closed and flipped, the health department would definitely close the place if they were notified.

My stay was great with one exceptional...I used the restroom in the lobby and it had no toilet paper, no handsoap, or hand towels...thats disgusting. Take some pride in your jobs 11pm to 7am shift, tyey dont pay attention to the breakfast area which is out of coffee usually at 7:15, sometimes it was out milk and juice too

The hotel is falling apart. No ac in halls. No restaurant and no ice machine. The front of the building is falling down and you have to use a side entrance. The luggage cart is falling apart.
