Publié le 22 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis charming apartment was absolutely perfect for my family of four, spending a long weekend in Memphis for Rhodes College Family Weekend. It was five minutes from the college, which made things easy for us, but it was also extremely easy to get to interesting and eclectic Midtown restaurants as well as to downtown. Don accommodated a special request we had, and we had several pleasant exchanges with Billy as well. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, and the neighborhood leafy and quiet. We intend to stay here again when visiting our daughter!

Charming getaway in Memphis
Publié le 26 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWhat a great apartment! It’s located on a nice tree lined road that is centrally located to most places we wanted to go. The owner was great and communicated all the necessary information for an easy check-in. There is a beautiful butterfly garden out front and the apartment is really nice. Everything is very clean and the space is so inviting. We had a great time and would definitely come back again.

Lovely period features inside, nice well equipped kitchen. Bathroom lovely and clean. The owners are doing work on the outside so looks a bit rundown but the inside is really nice and there is a lovely garden out front. The host was very friendly and met us on arrival and had a good chat and gave recommendations. The beds were very comfortable and I’m fussy about beds. Would definitely stay here again.

Know the property was available at noon. We had an issue with internet/Wifi. I notified the owner and it was fixed a few hours later (cable company error). The location is just 2-3 miles from downtown area ina nice quiet neighborhood close to the old Sear distribution building. I recommend checking it out.
