Filthy elevator and the view outside our room was of a filthy courtyard with trash, old air filters scattered about.

Good for short trip nice pool.

Okay-dishwasher in poor condition and a dining chair was torn up. Mattress in fold out sofa in poor condition but the bed was very comfortable. Please supply More pillows. Pool was clean and towels were there which is helpful.

The staff and service at this Residence Inn could not have been more friendly or helpful. Very impressive! My main complaint was that the hide-a-bed was terribly uncomfortable. Probably the worse sofa bed I've ever slept on. Also please provide a complete sheet set rather than just a fitted sheet. But, if you don't need to make use of the extra bed, it is a very pleasant stay.
