Where do I even begin. First off they are rude an have zero customer service skills. The hallway is dirty, hot, and stinky. They do not have respect for your personal space. They try to force their selves into the room every morning. They told me they have to come in every morning it's mandatory for them to come in every morning and see what I'm doing and clean the room. This is the most absurd thing I ever heard. I asked them to show me in the policy where it says you have to mandatory come in my room every day and bother me and my family. They couldn't provide that instead they actually try to type up something and make me sign to say I understand that they have to come in my room and when I didn't sign the lady got mad. Talk to the manager he's talking about housekeeping supposed to come every 2 days but I've been there 6 days and they come every day trying to force their way in my room. Avoid this place at all costs they have no care for their guests at all.

The stay was alright the place is being renovated and my room flooded but the staff corrected the problem moved me to another room

The curbside appearance needed a lot of work. The room was large and appreciated the ability to bring my mom’s cats on the property while we were traveling. I felt there were sufficient USB outlets and the bed was comfortable. I do felt the hallway smelled of cigarettes / but otherwise for an overnight stay - it worked and was close to the highway.

Roach Motel
Publié le 5 août 2024 sur HotelsCheck in took about 40 minutes. The girl behind the desk is very slow during the day. The room was OK if it wasn’t for the roaches everywhere.
