Publié le 5 avr. 2022 sur HotelsTres déçu de l hotel. Tres sale. On a meme demandé de changé de chambre car il y avait des grosse tache sur les lits, de la confiture seche sur un meuble. L autre chambre qui nous on donnée etait un peu mieux mais les rideaux etait tellement sale qu on leur a meme pas touché. Et que dire du tapis dans les chambres vraiment sales. Le service un gros 0 on avaient l air de derangé l hotesse.

Fenêtre cassée, saletés sur la tête de lit, rideaux occultants abîmés, sdb vétuste, ménage négligé, poussière sur les meubles pendant tout le séjour pdj pas varié etc.....

Stay away from this place
Publié le 24 sept. 2024 sur HotelsWaiting on the owner to call me. Upon my arrival the room was just terrible. So the nice young lady name J...... change and gave me a better room persay. But that evening when my sin told the mean ,rude,disrespectful lady at the desk that J......was aware of his room change. That young lady was so rude, nasty talking crazy that I had to get the police involved. We ask for our money back still nothing. I paid for 3 days. I have never been so disappointed, disrespectful. The hotel was already not up too park. But to get talked and threatening by a worker is too much.

When we got there it was not the cleanest place there were roaches in the bathroom, no housekeeping services on yhe 3 days we werrr there. The remote for tv had to be replaced. The a/c had a problem
